Homaira sold our condo out of peak season at a record high for the neighborhood. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and extremely professional. I would recommend her to any friend trying to sell their home. We briefly considered going with a discount broker, but thankfully chose Homaira instead. She handled several unexpected developments in the transaction between final offer and closing - we would've been lost without her.

I have been lucky enough to work with Homaira for three real estate transactions. Our first home purchase, our first home sale, and buying a bigger home for our growing family. She explains everything, and I mean everything, about real estate considerations and decisions so clearly. She takes all of your preferences and priorities to heart. When my fiancé and I were looking for a new realtor, I asked the person that recommended her if she knows Northern Virginia well. Their answer was "she crushes Northern Virginia." That was our first indication of how positive our experience would be with Homaira. She was a real advocate for us in our home buying process. We were buying a house at perhaps the worst time but Homaira really went to bat for us, helping win against several other buyers. Being new homebuyers there were things off the bat that she very patiently helped us untangle and really saved us a lot of heartburn. Basically at every stage of the process Homaria was a partner in the process and we cannot recommend her enough.

She was professional from start to finish and even after owning my home, was a resource for repairs, mortgage questions, future investment properties and assistance with renting out my property. From the moment I engaged Homaira to help me sell my apartment, to the day we closed the sale, it was first class service all the way. I am a first time home buyer, and I came into the process not knowing anything at all. Homaira made it feel less daunting, fun, and like I was not alone. She was super patient with me, genuine, authentic, reliable and very well versed in real estate and how to handle situations that came up. Even when we were dealing with others that were not organized she was always on top of everything and I felt like I could really trust her guidance, knowledge, and persistence. She answered so many questions for me and was extremely helpful and an advocate for me throughout the entire process. Most importantly, she truly cared about my needs and found me my dream home. I have a dog and was worried about walking her in bad areas and when I sent her a few properties she would be honest with me about genuine concerns based on our initial conversations around what was important to me - filling in the blind spots for things I didn't think of or questions to ask. I am very bad at making decisions and she guided me through the process and made the experience a positive one which I am so grateful for. At the end of the day, she was passionate, caring, and authentic and I would absolutely tell all of my friends/family they are in great hands working with her. Working with Homaira was an absolute pleasure. As a first time homebuyer in an incredibly competitive seller’s market, I needed a competent and knowledgeable agent. Her expertise helped me secure a property under ask with all my contingencies which is almost unheard of right now with such a lean inventory.
