She helped me sell my rental home in Hagerstown MD while I was in NC. She took care of everything. Even arranged and met all contractors needed to get my home ready to sell. She gives good honest and realistic advice. She was awesome! Would definitely use her again.

In this crazy market Honadah helped us to buy our first home!! She made this experience easy and smooth and fun which wasn't what we were thinking as a first time home buyers who have no idea about this world and how things work.

She is Smart, Fast and Flexible!! She will always be there for you!
She answered all our questions, talked about our worries, gave us advices and never rushed us. She treat you like you are her family.
I wish there is more than 5 stars, because believe me honadah deserve it.. we can't thank you enough Honadah!

Honadah was very helpful and she was so knowledgeable about the home buying process, and what to look for in a house and this was so helpful. She was very patient and provided a great perspective on each house that I saw. And in a market where it was critical to act fast, I could not have done it without such a responsive realtor. I am SO happy with my new home. Honadah is also a nice person and made our home visits really enjoyable with such a warm and nice personality. I would HIGHLY recommend Honadah to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Even more than 5 stars if I could give that to her!

My mom helped me buy my first home and I couldn’t be happier! Buying my first home was one of the scariest experiences of my life but with her help it was a lot easier than I thought. With her knowledge and expertise, she guided me to programs I didn’t know existed like a first time homebuyer credit and local and state government programs that made the process a lot more affordable. There were multiple offers on my dream home and with her excellent negotiation skills, our offer was the one selected and ratified.

Honadah is very dedicated and professional. We were so fortunate to have her as our agent. She sold our house quickly and easily. We were traveling, she took the time to come into our home and dedicated many hours to fixing finishing what was needed while we were away. Our house had offers from the first few days on the market. Not only did she sell our house, it was sold for more than what we originally listed!
