Hoover was very responsive and informative to me as a first time home buyer. He eased all of my concerns, never pressured me and overall made the home buying process such a piece of cake. I used his network and everything/everyone he recommended. It felt like I did little to no work while getting the best deal possible! As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous about the process. I am so so very grateful that I had Hoover to help me, to explain things, and to give me the confidence that I could do this!! He was a godsend, so patient and understanding of my worries, he went out of his way to get me in to view a home that we knew would sell fast. Because I had no experience in negotiating best and final offers, I placed my faith in Hoover to do what he does best and before I knew it I had become a homeowner!! Whenever I'm even thinking about selling or buying, Hoover will be my FIRST CALL. Always appreciative and I have no worries about my next purchase because I know I will have Hoover in my corner.

Hoover helped my husband and I purchase our new home in May 2018. He did such a wonderful job in a very difficult market. We had competing offers and lines at showings but Hoover was very professional and knowledgeable. With his guidance we ended up with our dream home at the end and we cannot thank him enough.

I prayed for guidance in selecting a real estate agent in NC, since I was moving from Washington DC to here. When I saw and read about Mr. Hoover, I knew he was the one. The sell of my house came so fast I didn't have a house found in NC yet. Mr. Hoover sent me two more to look at sight on seen through the video and never set foot on the property. I trusted God and him that this was the house for my family. It has been a blessing and pleasure working with him. Who knows what is in the future, maybe buying another 😊

Hoover was communicative and always prompt in getting back to us. He was very hands-on from selling our home to helping us buy a new one. Ours was a little complicated because we were selling our home and using the surplus as a down payment for our new purchase, so we had two closings in one day. We couldn’t have done it without Hoover and are so happy we had a supportive, knowledgeable and kind realtor.
