I had a great experience working with Hope. The journey started while I was still out of the country and planning my return suburban Philly. At the time, the market was not good to say the least with inventory low and interest rates rising. I was a little discouraged going into the process, wondering if the time was right or if I’d have to “settle” for a house that wasn’t for me. Upon our first face to face meeting, those concerns were quickly eliminated. Hope took the time to listen to and understand my desires for a new home. She made sure I understood the reality of the market, but that she wouldn’t let me move forward on a property unless I was completely comfortable with the decision. As we started viewing properties, it became clear to me she is an expert in considering the many factors that contribute to a property’s value, such as location, price, quality of build and overall “feel” for the location. With Hope’s guidance, I am happy to say I am now in what I truly feel is the perfect home for me. Settlement went very smoothly due in no small part to Hope making sure I was on time with the many requests for information. This was my fourth house purchase. I have worked with excellent Realtors, but none better than Hope.

She responded to our many questions in a timely manner on numerous occasions, and made positive suggestions when needed.

Hope has a good understanding of the market, the buying and selling procedures, and the timeframe in which tasks need to be completed. She also has access to many valuable resources we as sellers needed to consult. Hope is kind, understanding, and a very honest person. We were happy with her service and highly recommend her as an agent.
