Hope Shivers

Hope is a dedicated wife, mother, and an official Georgia Peach originally from Atlanta. She has intimate knowledge of this region and countless experiences having lived here all her life. She found her place in real estate 14 years ago in commercial and multifamily. Looking to supply more than a transactional service and to really satisfy her need to help, she began to focus more on residential in 2012.

As a full-time realtor with the Atlanta Board, she’s faced a plethora of multifaceted real estate transactions including new construction, residential land, residential resales, short sales and real estate investments to name a few. Hope’s experience translates to helping countless families realize their goals which include military relocations, international relocations, and local buyers and sellers.

With a work ethic that is unmatched and a great appreciation for the commitment it takes to be successful in this industry, her desire is to provide excellent high-quality service to every buyer and seller at any budget.
