When I first decided it was time to buy a home I was nervous, hesitant and confused about the whole process. However, Horalia made all those worries and questions disappear. As a first time home buyer I didn’t think becoming a homeowner was a possibility for me and now, as I write this review from the comfort of my new living room, I am eternally grateful for Horalia. She was kind, patient and understanding and did not give up on us no matter how many times we doubted ourselves. She listened to the smallest detail and constantly reminded us we would know when we had found our dream home. She did not rush us through any part of the process and patiently answered all of our questions, no matter how obvious the answer may have been at the time. I know as a first time home buyer it was important to me that I could ask questions without feeling judged and she explained everything perfectly. Her specialty is upscaling lifestyles and I can honestly say that is exactly what she did for us. She did not allow us for us to give up on our dream or settle for less than what we had worked so hard to accomplish. I was so afraid of the words and numbers that get thrown around when purchasing a home but Horalia assured me there was nothing to be afraid of and walked me through every step of the process, never judging when I needed something thoroughly explained. She made the whole process so painless that I feel as if I blinked and found myself inside my dream home. I never thought becoming a homeowner could be this easy but Horalia made sure we enjoyed every step of the way. If you’re looking for a realtor that is kind, patient and will find you the perfect home, look no further. If I had to start this process all over again I would do so happily knowing Horalia would find me another perfect home. If you're looking to buy a home and want a realtor who listens to you and values your vision of YOUR version of your dream home, then Horalia is the agent to choose. Here is why:
1. I originally wanted to sell my home and buy a new one...we changed our mind maybe 3 or 4 times on whether we were going to sell/buy at the same time or sell then buy (Horalia never made us feel like we were wasting her time).
2. After so many changes we still had Horalia looking for our perfect home. Her continued interaction with us was so appreciative. She walked us step by step with each decision we were making and explained the pros and cons of each decision.
3. After all of that, we decided to keep our first home and buy another one. We're now investors, thanks to Horalia and her knowledge of not just home ownership but investment properties.
4. We are so grateful for the one on one interaction and calm, collective, reassuring experience we received from Horalia. Without her, I don't think we would have closed on our new home in 20 days. Its unthinkable.

I can’t say enough about the work ethic of Horalia! She has gone above and beyond for us in selling our hone. It was a very hectic time for my husband and I to be selling our home, so we depended on Horalia heavily to take care of all the details. She did tons of research, gave us great tips to make our home “sell ready” and just truly had our backs! The weekend we went lives was absolutely crazy, Horalia helped us navigate and evaluate all of our offers, and we ended up with a deal that we are extremely happy with. On top of that, she is just so likable , and will be a long time friend. Definite 5 Stars!

Horalia walked us through defining the type of home we wanted, visiting properties, making an offer/negotiating, and finally closing on the home of our dreams in less than 2 months ! Horalia drew our attention to all the details we needed to be aware of to ensure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and that we would know exactly what we were signing for. For example, Horalia took the time to follow through with each provider involved (plumber, pest control,...) to ensure the house was in perfect shape before closing. The whole process was painless and stress free thanks to her dedication.
