Houstin was amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer I was very unsure of the process and Houstin was very patient and made me feel comfortable with every step of the experience and process. I recently closed on a house with Houstin representing me as the buyer and he was absolutely great to work with. Houstin responded quickly to any questions that I had, was never late when meeting to look at houses, do walkthroughs, inspections, etc., despite some long distances. But most of all, he did an outstanding job handling all negotiations with the seller regarding the initial contract, repair items and even some last minute issues during the final walkthrough. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to use Houstin in the future
