Howard is a true professional. If you are in need of a rental property or a property manager, look no further: As I stated Howard is a true professional! From the moment we reached regarding a rental property the communication with Howard was world class. There was never a moment where we felt unsure of where we were at during the application process. This has been by far the most amazing experience renting a house and will be using Howard as a property manager as we add to our real estate portfolio.

We Highly Recommend Howard Ran!
We were offered a new Job opportunity in Early December. I called Howard, he answered his phone even though he was on vacation. Howard was always looking out for our best interests. He was professional and friendly. He always told us what was expected. Never gave false hope or overstated expectations: at the same time he always aimed for the highest goals with a positive attitude. He is also a fierce negotiator. Always polite but holding his ground and gaining ground when it came to what was best for us. He kept us in the loop at all times. We never wondered what was happening or what was next.

Howard is multi-lingual (at least 4 languages that I know of)which helped a lot. He was able to clearly communicate with all potential buyers.
If you are looking to buy or sell in the San Gabriel Valley, do yourself a favor and make Howard Ran you partner. You won't regret it!

By far the best Realtor in the 626 out there! I have done multiple deals with Howard, from primary resident to investment property. He’s truly is an incredible guy. He has more knowledge about real estate than anyone I’ve known. The extensive expertise has translated to multiple purchases.
