I met Hoy one night out of the blue. I had been thinking about selling my house. I was very nervous never went through anything like this before. We started talking and before I new it my house was up for sale. Hoy and his family were so great. They helped me get things in house ready to sell. As I really had no help. What realtor goes out of his way to do that? Hoy Bryson!!! My house was on the market 2 hrs and had a offer which I excepted. I was nervous now had to find a new house to buy. I was moving a hour away so Hoy helped me with finding my new house. Took me to see it and I feel in love with it . Needless to say I bought it. Hoy helped with finding movers. And people to haul some trash away as well. He went out of his way in so many ways I will forever be grateful.!!! Not to mention he knows his stuff. Very intelligent professional person. If he doesn't know the answer he will find a answer for you.
