About Hunter
Licensed in 1999, May 31, 2019 marked my 20 year anniversary serving the public in the surrounding communities between Austin and San Antonio and East/West, of the I-35 Corridor, along the Balcones Escarpment. Counseling buyers & sellers through the Real Estate process has been and always will be challenging and rewarding in many aspects. Each and every transaction is unique. Success depends on identifying underlying challenges beforehand, addressing the hurdles during and looking out for my client's interest at all times. As Realtors, we wear many different hats on a daily basis, many of these go mostly unknown by the general public. Residential & Farm/Ranch properties are my bread and butter, but I also work with smaller commercial, multifamily, foreclosure and raw land properties. I grew up in the small town of Navasota TX, and, after a childhood filled with summer vacations to San Marcos to visit our first cousins, I decided to call San Marcos home in 1997. College included a baseball career at both McLennan Community College and Hardin Simmons University where I received my Associates & Bachelors of Business Administration degrees respectively. Athletic competition has been a major factor to success in Real Estate, for me, and this business keeps you on your toes with all varieties of fastballs, curveballs & changeups. Every situation "depends" on many aspects, and I will always strive to give my clients the pros & cons of any decision they are considering. Other interests of mine include spending time in nature to unwind, fishing both fresh and salt water as well as hunting at our Piney Woods ranch or with other friends on their properties.
