Hunter Burton

After many years of working in an Anchorage law firm Hunter decided he needed a career change and real estate consulting was a natural fit. He has been a Top Producer since starting his real estate practice in 2010 and has had the privilege of serving hundreds of Alaskans, many of whom have become close friends. Today, Hunter is the Vice President of Business Development for RE/MAX Dynamic Properties. He is also the CRS Membership Leader for our region. He still manages primarily residential sales by representing both Buyer's and Seller's. With over $65,000,000 in total sales volume, his experience, reputation, and knowledge of the Anchorage market are what set him apart from other agents. His goal is to always do what is best for his clients which requires finding the right balance between the features and amenities that they value in a property and maximizing the return on their investment. There are certain property features and amenities in our market that he feels make for a "great' Alaskan home. Homes having many of these features are more marketable and sell faster.
