We purchased our home during the the housing boom and although it was very competitive; Hunter's methodology and strategy worked to help us obtain the home that we wanted most. Hunter was patient and honest during the home buying process and was responsive the entire time. Hunter is the one and only person I would recommend to friends and family.

I highly recommend Hunter Deegan if you are in the market to buy or sell your home. He is professional and fun to work with and provide honest and great feedback. He always come prepare with information prior to a showing. I like that he put his clients first and is very accommodating (i.e. schedule, last minute showing or same day showing as it hit the market) . He is patient and have a lot of knowledge of the market. I like how he is always striving to help me find the best home that will fit my and my family's needs and wants. You won't regret having him as an agent.

Hunter recently worked with my husband and I tirelessly through the entire process of selling our home and finding a new one. He was a great asset helping with everything from the staging of our old home, timing of going on the market, selling, to the purchase of our new home. In a tough buyers market his knowledge and expertise was apparent as he worked with us to find what we wanted at reasonable market value. He was always available with a quick response as new homes came on the market that we were interested in. He has also helped us with the selling an buying of our previous homes 12 years ago and we wouldn't use anyone else!
