Hunter could not have been more wonderful through the entire home search and home buying process. He has a vast knowledge of San Diego county and the market here. He listened to us and made it clear that he was considering all of our wants, needs, and preferences when showing us different home options. He was patient and understanding, encouraging and generous. I am certain there is not another agent in the county with the professionalism, work ethic, and character that Hunter has. We have now used Hunter to sell two of our homes!

Hunter was fantastic to work with. We were motivated, and he came in with a great plan to sell our house quick. His marketing on our home started almost immediately and in 2 days, we had multiple competitive offers!!! Hunter delivered with an all cash, two week close offer we couldn’t refuse. To top it off, this was a record for highest priced sale in the community!

On our second sale, he proved to yet again be top notch to sell our home fast as we move out of state. He had a marketing plan and was professional throughout the process.

Hunter helped me sell my Olde Carlsbad house in June 2020. Hunter had an excellent marketing plan with excellent market data, photos, and video to get people inside the house even during COVID. With just a short time on the market, we had countless showings with qualified interested parties and multiple offers from several extremely serious buyers. We had a quick and seamless closing with the buyer that met all our closing conditions.
