Since 2011, Hutch has been a top producer in the Northern Virginia area’s residential real estate market, with hundreds of successful transactions to his credit. He has over 18 years’ experience in both resale and new home construction sales, marketing, and negotiations. Recognized for his accomplishments by his brokerage, Hutch has served as a member of the Agent Leadership Council for four years. Hutch is known for his ability to quickly interpret and manage difficult situations, his tireless enthusiasm, his marketing creativity, and his always positive demeanor. Often guiding clients through the process of selling and buying at the same time, Hutch creates a completely personalized plan for each transaction, and he ensures that it is flawlessly executed.
