About Ian

Ian Porter grew up listening to agent-talk his entire life with a mother and grandmother in the real estate business. After college and a brief stint in the tech industry, Ian pursued a career as a residential appraiser, becoming the Chief Appraiser of his own appraisal business in 2003. In 2009, Ian partnered with Dustin Van Wyck, founding VWP Real Estate. His experience in appraising, short sales, land development, and residential housing has poised a successful career in real estate.
