I don't know where to begin with this review. It would take me a full page to write all the good things about Ian Williams! Let's sum it up- I have so much faith, trust, and confidence in Ian that I bought a house without having ever seen it in person until AFTER the closing! I live in Illinois and bought a house in Texas! Ian took pictures, even did a video for me, and stuck by me every step of the way. Even when my husband and I got overwhelmed with the loan process and thought "it's time to just give it a rest" Ian didn't let us! I know Ian went above and beyond for us and he himself made some big sacrifices on our behalf. I didn't make a major decision without consulting Ian first. His knowledge of people, realty, and Texas in general is abundant! Hands down the best realtor and one of the best guys in Texas! Thank you Ian!

He is well versed in resell and new build homes and can help guide you in making the decision that's best for you. We were originally looking to buy our first home as a resell house but we saw a few new build homes and fell in love with what would eventually be our new build forever home. Ian is awesome. Best attributes, 1) he listens and 2) he delivers. I've shopped for houses before where I spoke with the realtor and expressed directly what I wanted and immediately they just ignored me and started showing me stuff on their own lists which were not on mine.
