Ibo is such a honest and humble person. Ibo walked my husband and I through all the steps of buying a house and answered any questions we had. He is very patient and would give us any relevant information that we wouldn't even know to ask as first-time homebuyers. He would answer my text messages at 10pm and would give me a call anytime we had questions/concerns. He was also quick to book us a viewing to any home we wanted to see, even within the same day. Ibo is very professional and organize. He kept track of our escrow when he was on vacation and made sure he had another associate to keep track of it, just incase he wasn't able to. One of the qualities I appreciate about Ibo is that he never pressured us to buy a home and would advise us to the best of his knowledge. He also continued to encourage us after we got our offer rejected a few times. To top it off, Ibo continues to guide us after we bought the home. He is the person I go to for advice for my home. He would direct me to people when I needed to fix my garage door and get a new water heater ASAP. If he didn't know anyone, he would call his friends to get recommendations to me within the same day. Ibo would also call me to explain any misc mails I got about the house. Overall, we are beyond satisfied with Ibo's service. We recommend him to anyone and everyone.
