Ignacio Arbelaez

Ignacio Arbelaez, is a follower of Christ-Messiah, husband, father, and broker for Alchemy Real Estate, his own boutique brokerage with presence in the mountains of Bailey CO and Dallas TX.

Ignacio began his professional career in semiconductors where he worked for 15+ years for tech titans such as Intel, Texas Instruments and Motorola.

He is a licensed real estate broker since 2005 in Texas, and in Colorado since 2016. Ignacio was mentored in real estate by his father who has been investing in real estate since the late 90’s, including buying, selling and managing commercial retail properties of his own, as well as residential rentals and flip projects. He made his own first real estate investment in 1999. This background exposed him to a variety of negotiating strategies as well as construction and remodeling practices.

These days, he specializes in rural mountain properties on a well and septic which require specialized knowledge.
