About Ilan

Ilan Bracha left his home country of Israel, at only 21 years old. With just two thousand dollars in his pocket, he set out to see the world. Nearly 20 years later, his colleagues now credit his $300 million in exclusive listings to his entrepreneurial prowess and the leadership skills he developed on his path to founding The Bracha Group. Within a short time he acquired his real estate license and quickly became a top producer. Prudential Douglas Elliman (PDE) offered Ilan the Executive Vice-President position in 2004, making Ilan the youngest person in the company’s history to hold this position. During his six years there, he founded and became President of his own luxury real estate team, The Bracha Group, and partnered with B+B Investment Group, a private equity fund group. Ilan’s exclusive listings total $300 million, which have propelled him to a place among Manhattan’s top brokers. Known as a mega broker in Manhattan’s market, (listed as one of the Top Ten Brokers in Manhattan in Real Deal Magazine) Ilan has received top awards including: Number #1 in sales for five consecutive years, No. 2 in the entire PDE network, Top Producing Sales Group, Most Sales Transactions, Most Sales Exclusives, Most Projects to Close (over 200 Transactions in 2010 with $200 million in sales volume), and most recently, Wall Street Journal named the Bracha Group the No. 2 in the United States. Along with his stellar reputation, relentless energy and commitment to his customers, Ilan brought his team – the Bracha Group - to Keller Williams in January 2011. The Bracha Group specializes in the sales, marketing and pre-development planning of luxury condominiums in Manhattan.
