Ilana Levitt

Ilana Levitt has been involved in many aspects of Real Estate over the past 30 years. Ilana graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. She started her career selling Condominiums to her friends in Austin. After she graduated, she went on to collaborate with a prominent developer in Austin.

After meeting her husband in college, who was born and raised in South Florida, Ilana moved to Miami in 1985. For the next five years, Ilana worked as a Commercial Mortgage Broker at Florida Fidelity. She then transitioned into property management for a Medical Professional Building located near Baptist while raising a family in Pinecrest.

Ilana has enjoyed working full-time in the residential market, concentrating on Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Miami Beach markets bringing her knowledge and expertise.

Ilana has been able to grow her business by connecting to family, friends, and referrals. She believes in long-term client relationships with repeat business being the cornerstone of her success. Offering excellent customer service to all her clients.
