Ilana Minkoff

Originally from New Jersey, Ilana has lived in San Francisco for nearly 20 years, residing in Cole Valley the whole time. Even after all this time, her love affair with this great city continues and she can’t imagine living or playing anywhere else. She is a second generation Realtor®, her father has been a successful Realtor® in the US Caribbean for over 25 years and a passion for real estate and excellence in service is her my DNA. She has worked with single family home, condo and tenancy-in-common buyers and sellers across this great city!

Prior to starting in real estate, her professional experience includes over 20 years of marketing experience for well-known brands such as RollingStone, Starwars.com, Nut Tree and San Francisco Magazine, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Florida. She prides herself on her powerful negotiation skills, exemplary personalized service, integrity, and attention to detail.

As a two time cancer veteran, she is an active volunteer and fundraiser for multiple organizations focused on cancer survivorship including Breast Cancer Emergency Fund (BCEF.org) and Do It For the Love Foundation. She is also a member of the Cole Valley Improvement Association and a neighborhood liaison for Temple Emanu-El’s community building initiative. She is passionate about giving back to her community and a portion of every transaction goes to Breast Cancer Emergency Fund, giving direct emergency funds to low income breast cancer patients. She can also be found wandering the streets of San Francisco with her 12lb canine sidekick, Princess Lucy.
