Ik was patient and really listened to what I wanted in a home- even when it wasn’t what was entirely convenient for her. She always had an idea of the properties we were going to see and didn’t waste my time. I enjoyed working with her and will definitely work with her again!

Ilknur aka Ik has truly and genuinely supported me so far in my forever home search. This market is currently brutal , I know coming from a different realtor , to finding Ik randomly on Zillow via one her listings. Ik is extremely responsive, one way or another shes responding to you and above all keeping it 100 with you. She's very knowledgeable in the housing market and is patient in explaining topics. I never have a feeling that Ik is not looking out for my best interest or that I am a burden to her. She sticks to my budget ,my schedule and even gives ideas on possibilities. I'm thankful and looking forward to completing this journey with her 🙏

As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have been happier with how wonderful IK was for me! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. She spent a lot of time with me helping me find the right home. She responded to all of my (probably excessive) text and emails timely and politely. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her the next time.
