Ily, a Florida native, joined Helen Adams Realty in Charlotte, NC in 2013. As part of a top producing agent team at the firm, she has received the company's top team award from 2013 to 2019.
Ily has a gift for listening to clients’ needs and helping them achieve their goals. Working as a listing agent and a buyers’ agent, she seamlessly passes on her expertise to clients so they can understand local real estate and market trends. In addition to her successful brokerage business, Ily has been an active investor in both real estate and non-real estate assets. Since 2014, she has been building an investment portfolio that includes residential and commercial real estate, hotels, restaurants and private placements in mid- to late-stage startup companies.
During her free time, she enjoys family, fitness and being a foodie. As a car enthusiast, she has enjoyed auto-cross racing with the Porsche Club of America and is now learning about Mercedes AMG racing. She is a volunteer for the National MS Society's Great Gatsby Gala. Ily enjoys sharing her hobbies with her husband and kids and loves that her kids consider her a "fun mom"!
