Calm through the storms
Inga handled the sale, and assisted in the move out, of my elderly Mother from her Florida property to a new SC home. None of it would have come to fruition without Inga’s professionalism, dedication and persistence. The buyer became extremely difficult three fourths of the way through the sale, and even more so at closing. She was so difficult that the closing was threatened multiple times with failing. It became overwhelming to the point the buyer’s agent had to head to the hospital ER from the stress of the buyers demands and threats. Inga handled it all. She remained calm, steadfast and presented my mother with contingency plans and reassured her based on market analysis as well as her experience, that all would be just fine even if the sale was canceled due to the buyer’s issues. My mother needed this. The sale did go through thanks to Inga’s leadership. While the last days of closing drama were at hand, the movers showed up to move my Mother. There were many issues here as well. The company was not strong in the integrity department and used several practices to attempt to cheat my Mother. Inga helped to stay on top of this and make certain we were aware of what was going on. Inga once again stood by my Mother to help her get her items ready for shipping by helping to pack as well as organize her remaining things, all including a last minute need to move a full refrigerator and other junk. After the packing was done, Inga made certain a thorough cleaning crew came through so that the walk through , scheduled for the next morning, was successful. Inga did all of this while handling other client’s needs as well. She embodies the best of professionalism with empathy, compassion and experience. Her dedication to her clients is what makes her stand head and shoulders above others. Inga’s actions and contributions, as described, should be acknowledged and rewarded. You simply cannot teach this type of extraordinary service.

When I decided to sell my home I knew I wanted someone I could trust and give me the best experience possible. Inga goes beyond the responsibility of a realtor. Selling a home or buying a home can bring lots of emotions and Inga was there to talk through them all. She would meet me for breakfast and address my concerns and tried to put my mind at ease and even picking up the tab unbeknownst to me.
