Inga recently sold my home in Venice Florida. I was referred to her by a friend whom had used her before for real estate sales, and Inga was highly recommended. I have purchased and sold several homes over the years and had many real estate agents, some good, some average. I have found most of them to be the same. Inga is in a different category than all of them were. She is truly exceptional and stands out in the real estate agent field. A world class agent would be the best description. Inga has a wealth of experience in home sales, and her analytical and negotiation skills on behalf of her clients is really impressive. She handled my home sale, and due to her expertise, efficiency, and multi tasking skills and negotiating skills my home had 16 potential buyers in two days. Which is unheard of. She had seven cash buyers lined up competing against each other until the ending time of midnight the second day, which is a sellers dream scenario. My house sold for $20,000 over the listing price and she had to turn away other buyers still wanting to compete the next day with offers. One of Inga's best atributes is her treating her clients like her best friends. She is more about her clients satisfaction and cost savings than about how much money she can make off you. A rarity amongst real estate agents. If you are looking for an agent you can trust, whom will tirelessly work on your behalf to sell or buy property, and get you the highest value or save you the most money, in a stress free enviroment, Inga is who you want on your side.
