Quick version: I would definitely use Ingram again.
Longer version. We were buying a place in a state where we didn’t know anyone. Came across Ingram’s name and decided to give him a try. He was great. He made time to meet us for tours, provided a lot of help during the close process, and we’ve hit him up several times for questions since taking ownership and he’s been very responsive every time. If you don’t already have a realtor I would definitely consider taking to Ingram.
