Ingrid assisted me with the sale of my father's home. She was able to quickly determine how to market the positive aspects of the large home in a gated community while identifying its weaknesses that could be quickly and cost effectively be addressed prior to listing the home. Ingrid directly helped with this process by working with me to obtain inspections and contractor work. In a matter of weeks the home was listed for sale and in a matter of hours it was under contract at the price I wanted and with no hassle. I highly recommend Ingrid and feel her knowledge of the market in my area and professional approach directly led to our successful sale.
