Iordanka has lived in Central Florida for the past twenty years making her the local expert in real estate, with connections to buy or sell your home fast and hassle-free.

Ms. Karaivanova was born in Bulgaria and speaks Bulgarian and English fluently. She moved with her family to Orlando, FL in 1999 after winning the U.S.A. Green Card Lottery in 1998. She graduated from Edgewater High School in Orlando, obtained an Associate in Arts Degree in General Education from Seminole State College in Lake Mary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Minor in Economics from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. Iordanka’s name is pronounced “Your-danka” and means “River Jordan”, thus her nick name “Jordan”. She loves painting, drawing, creating Art pieces using mix media, playing sports, tennis, ballet, theater, classical music, gardening, and making natural candles. You may run into her at local Art events displaying her Art or local Farmer’s Market. An active member in her community, who cares about the environment, clean water, recycling, sustainable business and living practices. Iordanka is pretty involved in the Orlando community with a vast network of professionals and strong business relationships that proves essential when buying or selling a home.
