Although the application process for my apartment was dreadful to put it nicely (hundreds of forms and documents to fill out), she responded to every question I had and assisted me every step of the way so that I can move in as smoothly as possible. 10/10

Irene was extremely helpful in our apartment search. She listened to our responses to places she brought us to and found new options that more closely matched our needs.
When we found what we wanted, Irene cheerfully guided us through the co-op process.
Even after we moved in, she followed up to make sure all was going well.
We would happily recommend her to anyone interested in her section of Westchester.

We had an excellent experience working with Irene on our house search in Rye. We started our search in early 2021, arguably one of the worst times to be a buyer in recent history. It took us over a year to land a deal in the Spring of 2022. We worked with Irene for over a year through many bidding attempts, deals falling through and other disappointments. Throughout all this time, Irene never faltered in her support, guidance, or patience. She is very responsive, whether via phone calls, texts, or emails. And she is very patient; we were 1st time buyers coming into the market with somewhat unrealistic expectations. Looking back, the advice she gave us during our many attempts, was the correct advice to land the deal. Irene is very respectful of her clients and is not “pushy”; she doesn’t try to close the deal as fast as possible, instead she does her best to allow her clients to really find something they’ll love. Irene is dedicated that you as a client get what you want; she was away on vacation and still made herself available and worked on the house we ultimately ended up buying. To sum up: with Irene you get on-the-nose advice that comes from vast experience; excellent knowledge of the whole process; reliable, trust-worthy local referrals to any services needed (inspection, attorney, etc.), and top-notch customer service. What more could you ask for?

“I have known Irene socially for 25 years and have always enjoyed her company at the beach, tennis court and beyond! But it wasn’t until I decided to move out of the city that I saw her in action as a realtor. She was amazing!!
From the time we started looking at properties until the closing Irene made the whole process seamless which during covid was no easy task!!
Irene is very knowledgeable and passionate about Westchester Real Estate and found me the absolute perfect home. She was a joy to work with. I am blessed to have her as a friend and now as my realtor too!!!!!

Irene was wonderful to work with as our realtor. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Westchester area. We had very little familiarity with the area when we started our home search and Irene spent considerable time helping acquaint us with all aspects of living in the various towns, so we could find the right fit. She was thoughtful about what we were looking for and needed in a home and neighborhood and really helped guide our search. Irene always scheduled private showings quickly and left plenty of time to give us a personal tour of the surrounding neighborhoods. Beyond being a wonderful real estate professional, Irene is extremely personable and is really enjoyable to spend time with. She was also wonderful and patient while working with our two year old who accompanied us on all of our viewings. Finally, she was spot on in advising us on what would be needed to get a deal done, as she is very in tune with the market. We have stayed in touch and she has continued to be incredibly helpful with recommendations since we’ve purchased our home in Rye.
