I highly recommend contacting Irina for real estate services. I worked with her to sell my parents' home that had not been updated in decades. She was easy to communicate with, had many ideas and options, gave sage advice and best yet, HANDLED EVERYTHING. All the updates we agreed to do were managed by her. She found the contractors, arranged for bids, kept them on schedule, provided regular updates and ultimately got the house ready to sell with very little effort required by me. Her market research and pricing suggestions were excellent. All in all, the best selling experience I've had! Seriously. Call her, you won't regret it.

Irina helped us purchase a beautiful home in Santa Clara in April 2022. Not only was she very helpful in pointing out issues with various homes we looked at (schools, price, fees), but she also had extensive knowledge in the housing market and things like the consequences of remodeling or certain types of previous damage. She also stayed objective and made sure we didn't rush to any decision. Our transaction was extremely smooth with her help. Her service to her clients doesn’t stop with the purchase of the house either. She’s been extremely helpful after the transaction both in dealing with the home protection plan and in suggesting valuable contractors (A/C, plumber, handymen, etc). We have been extremely happy with Irina as our agent and highly recommend her!!

My husband and I can’t thank Irina enough for helping us purchasing our first home. As first time home buyers, the process can be very overwhelming and stressful. I met Irina through community events and had engaged her in 2021 for a purchase of an investment property. I would highly recommend Irina for your real estate transactions. Irina was very responsive to our all-hour texts and was patient in answering and filtering through the listings we were interested in. She can analyze the listing quickly and accurately due to her knowledge of local RE market stats and trends. She is an investor herself, so she understands what makes a suitable investment property. Irina has exhibited a high degree of integrity when she deals with other agents and mortgage brokers, making the transaction more smooth. She provides a detailed timeline, so we know what to anticipate, and she would minimize any unanticipated risk during the close process. Even after the close, she provided excellent support in paring us up with a high-performing contractor who began to renovate the property the following day after we got our key. If you are looking for a professional realtor in Bay Area, look no further and contact Irina Bondar. My husband and I were first-time buyers, so our knowledge of the process was limited to say the least. It was our first offer that was accepted in a highly competitive market, although our price was not the best. Irina led the whole process and had answers to all our questions. She is very proactive and precise as a professional, and very nice as a person. It was a real pleasure to work with her. We recently bought our first house and I doubt it would be possible without great help from Irina. She was with us during every single step of the process and is still here to help even though we closed a deal half a year ago. Any questions ranging from basics of the housing market, financing options, purchase process to foundation inspections and permits were always answered by Irina promptly, correctly and with a deep level of detail. Irina is very responsive, at times we felt like she should have a twin or something, because how could a person be working almost 24/7 otherwise? We got an offer signed just a few days before Christmas and any delay in the process to close all the contingencies by various entities could have broken the deal. Irina really helped us here by connecting to the right people, monitoring process etc. Irina has an extensive social network which helped us a lot during the process. Getting a great mortgage manager, property inspectors, different contractors to perform various home improvements in a timely manner and with exceptional quality - that’s only a short list where Irina’s contacts helped us. Unexpected things do happen and in our case the title company made a mistake and then made another in a rush to fix the first one. The superior reaction to the unexpected in this case clearly shined Irina’s highest level of professionalism. She researched the subject, proposed and negotiated proper arrangements with involved parties and in the end mistakes were corrected. We really didn’t feel any stress at that time because Irina was driving the resolution. We will for sure ask Irina again when we need a realtor and highly recommend Irina for anyone who’s looking for an exceptionally professional realtor.

I never knew that buying a house could be so much fun.
It took us two months to find the right home and when the mission was accomplished, my husband and I felt like it was over way too soon. We were sad that we won't be spending our weekends, mornings, afternoons, and evenings with Irina anymore.
Without any exaggeration, she was there for us every step of the way. Irina is absolutely incredible in how she manages the avalanche of her daily tasks. We literally felt like we were her only clients (while I know for a fact that was never the case). Always on top of things, with her speedy responses to texts, calls, and emails, she makes it so easy to work with her. She is also well-versed in a wide range of home improvement issues and is great at spotting any potential pitfalls.
Irina's energetic personally, her professionalism, along with the calm and confident demeanor are all the ingredients for a perfect chemistry we had with her. Truth to be told, our house hunting experience felt like a crazy rollercoaster. But with Irina doing her magic behind the scenes, we knew we are in great hands and enjoyed the ride.
We couldn't have wished for a better realtor!

Irina helped us to buy our first house. That took approximately 1.5 years. Throughout the whole that time Irina was always patient, knowledgeable, and competent, giving us very useful advices. We’ve looked at a bunch of houses, and every time we liked one Irina was ready with inspection results analysis, pointing to the things that we should pay attention to. And that was very useful, several times we decided not to buy seemingly good houses just because of their hidden or expensive to repair defects. And finally, Irina’s experience allowed us to save some not a small amount of money when we bought our house. I would say, we spent ~10% less money just because of her initiative and smartness. Irina’s help did not end after our purchase. She insisted sellers to buy a home insurance contract which saved us more money – after two weeks our water heater was dead, but it did not cost us anything due to that insurance. For us, she is really an endless source of knowledge about different things linked with houses, from taxes to the best soil for garden. And we still are in contact and feel her support.

Irina is great to work with! During our search, she gave us her knowledgeable and honest opinions of each house. When we were interested in a house, she was very prompt in providing us with information for disclosures so that we could review and make a decision. She is very responsive and very accommodating. We were house hunting with a baby in tow, and due to COVID, we were concerned about bringing baby inside and had to take turns going in so at least one of us could watch the baby. She was very patient with our constraints and we never felt rushed by her. Before we made any offers, she also walked us through a typical offer package to make sure we understood what the forms meant and what they were for. She was very thorough, and it is very useful and helpful, especially for a first time home buyer. She also made the extra effort to understand our tastes and adapted her search to it, even pulling up maps to compare geology that we preferred, since my husband and I were engineering nerds. She was with us every step of the way, and came with us to closing in case we had questions and even helped rock our cranky, crying baby and took her for a walk so that we could actually hear the notary telling us where to sign. Through the whole process, she always made us feel like we were very taken care of, and we would definitely recommend her!

Buying our first house took a long time and throughout the whole process Irina was with us. For all this time we never felt left alone and yet we never felt any pressure.
Irina remained patiently attentive to our requirements and priorities and to their occasional change. Every our "no, we don't like this house" was accepted without objections - and search continued.
Irina's network, her vast and detailed knowledge of the whole home purchasing process, of general situation on the market, of local schools and of home insurance were critically important resources along the whole process - both before and after the purchase.
Irina helped us a lot in communications with our loan officer and with home insurance (latter was couple of weeks after contract close and was extremely important)
We are immensely grateful to Irina for her effort!
