Iris responded positively and moved quickly to my request to list a lot in Clearlake. She listened to the history of the ownership of the lot since it was purchased sight-unseen in the 1920s by my husband’s grandmother. She clearly reviewed my financial steps for listing and sale. Iris is very kind and patiently walked me through the many pages for me to review and sign to post the listing. When the final bid came, she communicated quickly through the steps needed to accept and finalize the sale.
Iris does an excellent job and I was in good hands with her professional expertise. I am very relieved to have completed a task which should have been done years ago. Thank you, Iris!

I would recommend Iris over and over again! She was absolutely amazing through this process. She happily showed me any houses I wanted to see. It took us what seemed to be forever to be approved and she was SO patient and helpful throughout the process. I had so many questions constantly and she was always there to answer every single one of them. We will definitely use Iris again if we ever need to.
