For the first 2 years I was a loan officer. Having the lender background experience and knowing the loan process from start to finish gives me an advantage of knowing both sides...the loan side and real estate side. Presenting an offer to the seller is vital and knowing how to present it is one of the many things I do best. My clients will have me a Realtor on their side ready to get the job done. Knowing the cities surrounding the Valley I can offer my clients knowledge, and guidance of what would best fit their families needs.
