I was a first time home buyer and didn't know what a realtor was much less that I needed one. As far as I'm concerned meeting Irvin Beacham was a blessing in disguise. He is very professional but has a great sense of humor and can put anyone at ease.

I don't know the number of houses that I looked at but Irvin was able to get me inside very quickly. When it came time to finally sign a contract, I made a list of questions. Irvin was quick to get me the answers and if he didn't have them, he was just as fast to find the answers and then pass it on to me.

As a veteran, I had many soldiers that I knew I could count on to go above and beyond what I needed them to do. Irvin Beacham is a man who goes above and beyond to help his clients.
