We had many changes in life and were therefore in the market for 18 months - 2 years. Isaac was patient and never pressured us into a decision. I first met Isaac quite a few years ago through a mutual friend of ours. When I spoke with him earnestly about what I was looking to do he went to work right away. He helped me take my emotions after losing out on two houses. He told me to be patient and that will fine one better. There were certain houses I showed him and he told me definitely not. When walking through houses it was as if he was a home inspector, knowing exactly what would have to be fixed and helped me know what to look for in a house. When we finally found the one he helped me construct the perfect offer for the sellers. He helped me get everything I wanted to get fixed from the appraisal and even had the sellers throw in key pieces of furniture. My kids and I couldn’t be happier or more pleased.

We originally connected with Isaac in 2016 through a referral and purchased our first home that year. Being first time home buyers, Isaac educated us throughout the process and made sure we were making the right decision for our growing family. Yes 2020 came with challenges and we’re glad to have Isaac by our side for it. We had a great home buying experience with Emily Bradley. We were first time homebuyers and Emily walked us through the process in a way that made us feel comfortable and reassured. She was professional, friendly and really great at communicating with us. She kept us informed every step of the way so we were never wondering what was going on.

We decided to put an offer in on our home while we were out of town. Emily secured the first showing and walked through the home with my sister so we could see it via FaceTime. Once we decided to make an offer, she helped us understand each step and even referred us to our lender, homeowners' insurance agent and various home inspectors. We would absolutely refer family and friends to Emily!

I knew that they were busy when I chose them to sell my property but they always made me feel as if I was their only client. My realtor, Isaac Johnson, did a FIRST RATE job with the sale of my home. He was always very fast to respond to my questions (even at odd hours on the weekend!), and always provided excellent advice, and made things happen. He foretold me of what would be needed in advance, and provided information and resources to help me quickly complete the steps in plenty of time. It was an extremely successful sale.

I moved to another state, and Isaac found an exceptional agent in the other state, who also went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with the purchase of that home.

All in all, I had a excellent experience with Isaac and Maison Realty Group!

Isaac was always on the ball, willing to check out properties even before we were seriously looking, and helped us find our dream house after seeing only a handful of homes. Not homeless anymore!! Thanks to this guy! Isaac the realtor made selling and buying our new home easy and fun! Everyone I told that Joe and I were building a new house made the same comment "oh wow! That must be stressful!" To which I replied.. "its actually really fun and interesting!" We never felt rushed or stuck in a rut. Isaac guided us every step of the way, was always available for us (any time of the day or night 😬) was amazing at negotiating for us, kept our buyers in line as well as made sure Lennar (our builder) wasnt walking all over us (which they never did.. but you just never know!). Emily Bradley's wisdom and guidance were instrumental in both the sale of our home and the purchase of another.

The sale of our home went extremely well. To be honest, it wasn't going to take much to get it sold, given the price, quality and location. With that said Emily had cautioned us on starting too high with the listing price, suggesting that what we wanted to list it for would exclude quite a bit of potential buyers if we went above that threshold.

She was right. We listed below our intended price in hopes of multiple offers. All six offers came in above asking with 3 above what we were initially wanting to list for. Awesome!

The purchase of our new home wasn't quite as easy, as the sellers were fairly difficult to work with and had misrepresented the condition of the house. This is where Emily really shined. With every step backward, Emily brought us forward. Her referrals for sewer inspection and basement water were spot on. The sellers and their agent's game of hardball were no match for Emily. She dealt with their posturing both professionally and assertively. She called out the misrepresentations and fought for what we knew was fair. This led to a reduced price of $10k after our initial offer in which we were told the sellers wouldn't budge.

Ultimately, we purchased the house and couldn't be more happy with where we are today. Emily pointed us into the direction of a remodeler who we decided to use. As you would guess, they did a great job.

After experiencing Emily's service on both sides of the sale and in both easy and hard transactions, I can safely say that Emily Bradley and Maison Realty Group will be assets in your real estate experience.
