I would like to thank Isabel Smith from TNG Real Estate for the great job she did in helping my family and I purchase our first family house!
Since day one, which began a little over a year ago, Isabel was instrumental in the whole process of buying our first house. Me, being a rookie in the real state world, she took me and my wife under her wing and worked with us through out the whole process. Whenever a new prospect would pop up on her screen, she would work up to late hours of the night drafting our offer. She did this many times!
From Picking up my wife to go look at a house because it would’ve been lost hours of work for me to explaining all options we had when making an offer to, finally, finding the right house for us with all that we were looking for from the beginning, negotiating the best price for us, drafting a clean offer that was sure to be accepted to closing escrow in 15 days to giving us the keys to our house in a beautiful setting with champagne and strawberries! … Isabel has done it all and she has gone that extra mile that helped us accomplished our dream…Thank you Isabel for a job well done. My family and I will forever be grateful for everything you’ve done!
