I worked with Isaac approximately 5 years ago, he helped me purchase my first coop. After all these years, when I was ready to sell the property I reached back out to Isaac and I consider myself lucky when he agreed to work with me. I consider Isaac to not only be an excellent realtor but also an advisor- he is someone who guides you and shares necessary knowledge and assists you through the whole process from start to finish! He is not looking for his profit, he is looking for his customers profit ALWAYS! If I can ever recommend anyone as a realtor it will always be Isaac and I must mention that I have worked with other realtors when friends were looking for homes and Isaac is remarkable, others do not compare to this man’s honesty and professionalism!

I recently worked with Isiaka Guobadia of ERA Insite Realty Services, as a Seller's Agent on the sale of an apartment in White Plains, New York. He was very helpful in providing suggestions as to how best to showcase the apartment for sale. He was attentive and responded promptly to phone calls, e-mails and text messages. He continuously protected the best interest of the Seller. He was creative, to the advantage of the Seller, in negotiating the terms of the Sale with the Buyer's Agent, such that the apartment was sold in record time. His personality, demeanor and patience instills confidence. He has the knowledge and experience of real estate. I appreciated working with him and would recommend him for real estate transactions.

Isaac was a fantastic realtor. He was extremely attentive in my family’s journey in selling and buying our homes. In terms of selling our home, he was involved in every step of the sale process. He helped in preparing for the showing, in closing permits, and determine the best buyers. With the permits, he even went to the buildings department in the city to facilitate the closing process. He called us and he frequently provided us with updates regarding buyers. On the purchase side, he listened to our interests regarding the type of home, the neighborhood, and the price. He worked with us and the sellers to negotiate an appropriate sale price. He helped us select a house that would be a great home and investment. I would truly recommend Isaac as a realtor. He was an instrumental member of the buy and sale price of our homes. He was an incredible resource throughout this process. More than that, he became a friend.
