I highly recommend Israel! I worked with him on signing a lease for my business. Israel is friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable. He took the time to meet with me on several occasions to discuss the leasing contract. He ensured I understood the contract I was signing and answered all of my questions. From a lender perspective, it is important to work with a knowledgeable Realtor and Israel has proven to be one of the best in the RGV. Israel is the best realtor in the RGV. I came to him with a strict budget and definite contract terms, while looking for a business location. Most realtors would of told me no its not happening, but not Isreal. He worked with me until we found the perfect place. I have worked with Israel on two separate real-estate transactions and both times, my fiancé and I were very impressed with his service and expertise. He knows ALOT when it comes to the industry and is very knowledgable in determining over priced vs fair value homes. Israel has also saved us tens of thousands dollars when it comes to negotiations.
