I have purchased 4 homes with Israel in the last 10 months. Israel is always willing to go to the horrible houses I drag him to. He is very competent with dealing with REO's (foreclosure's) and is able to anticipate what is going to be required. He is by no means pushy but will bend over backwards to make your home a reality.
