He guided me through the entire process, listed my home for a competitive price and was still able to get me more money than what we had list the home for. Israel found me my new home and I couldn’t be more thankful. He was a pleasure to work with. We started looking at homes a year prior to my close and like most first time home buyers I did not know exactly what I wanted. Israel never made me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision on a home. He knew my must haves and I’m so excited to say he found me exactly what I was looking for. Even after I was under contracted Israel worked with a sense of urgency and did more than what is required of him to close on time. I would recommend Israel to anyone I know looking for a home. He knows the area and has great relationships all throughout the area.
