Ivan Caballero is a licensed California real estate broker and a mortgage broker. He began his career as a licensed real estate broker in 2006. Recognizing the importance of education, that same year Ivan obtained a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of Phoenix. In 2007, he opened his first company named 1st Class Realty & Lending Co.
