Ivan Leung made real estate a full-time career since 1991 and acquired his broker license in 1996. During his real estate career, Ivan brings to his clients an ideal combination of local knowledge, transactional skills and extensive access to transaction professionals.

As past host of a popular ethnical television series devoted to San Francisco Bay Area real estate, Ivan Leung is intimate with special characteristics of each town and neighborhood. With a wealth of local knowledge, strong negotiation skills and marketing techniques gained from his 30 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, Ivan has accumulated a long and steady record of fast and efficient transactions. His unique multi-cultural marketing plan for selling real estate has brought proven results to many of his satisfied clients.
