Born in Sondrio, Italy, Ivan Marchetti decided he wanted to explore his passion for architecture and travel at an early age. Ivan’s interests took him to the Canary Islands, Spain, London, and eventually San Francisco in 2009. However, missing the Mediterranean climate he grew up in, Ivan moved to Los Angeles, where he discovered an industry that allows him to pursue all of his passions—real estate.
Since becoming an agent in 2012, Ivan has worked tirelessly to expand his database of people and properties—while always putting his clients’ needs first. Committed to honesty, integrity, and professionalism, Ivan makes it a priority to keep communication open with each of his clients. Drawing from a background in the hospitality sector, he knows how to make everyone he works with feel comfortable, and his mission is to consistently exceed their expectations.
To this end, Ivan prides himself in going above and beyond, whether that means staging a house for sale or working with designers to furnish a new home. Ivan works with all types of luxury clients, many being tech workers relocating from Silicon Valley. He is also able to cater to international clients and investors, as he’s fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English.
As a self-professed foodie, Ivan knows all the latest spots in L.A., which is where you will find him during downtime. He also enjoys hiking the many beautiful trails surrounding the city.
