In November of 2019 I decided it was time to buy my first home/investment property. I contacted a friend who had recently done the same and she recommended Ivan because she had nothing but good things to say about him. My expectations were exceeded!!!! Ivan worked diligently with me for 4 months to help me find the perfect property for me. I gave him my expectations for what I wanted to find in a property and he used those guidelines to help me find what I was ideal for me even in the fast moving and expensive San Diego market. As a first time homebuyer he was able to educate me in a way that didn't make me feel bad for asking questions. Not only was he able to educate me, my parents who own 19 properties, were able to fire off questions and again he was able to give good answers or investigate to find the answer, with their experience in home buying and using realtors, they were also really impressed. Not only was he great at communicating, he is extremely creative, open minded, and adaptive which lead him to find great properties in this market and ultimately win my this property despite 4 other offers being in. Lastly he has connections and contacts for everything to property managers, contractors, lenders, etc. He will work for you and not only find you the best property but in addition the best resources to help you be a successful homeowner. I cannot recommend Ivan enough! If you are even considering home ownership this is your guy!

Ivan is very patient and will answer any and ALL of your questions you might have. He is a very proactive realtor and his response time/follow ups is super prompt. We were expecting bumps on the road but it was smooth the entire time. At no point did we ever feel pressure to buy a property from Ivan, he always simply gave us his honest feedback. He demonstrated a keen sense of balance between professionalism and friendliness making the entire home buying process a highly pleasurable and enjoyable experience for our family. Thankfully in a short space of time we were able to find our dream family home thanks to Ivan. We would have no hesitation referring him to our friends and family. Although there are many realtors, there is only one Ivan--the best realtor in San Diego, without question. He was not only a realtor for us but so much more. Buying our first house was exciting but unexpectedly stressful since the market is extremely competitive in San Diego. Nevertheless, we quickly learned why Ivan is, without question, the best realtor in San Diego. He wrote highly competitive offers for us and gave us real hope that we had a chance at homes we saw and loved. We ultimately found the perfect home, thanks to Ivan.

Ivan showed the utmost professionalism, compassion, and ability in his trade. Each time we entered a home, he was able to see the potential it had and explain to us the pros and cons. He has a good understanding of neighborhoods in San Diego and a good understand and intuition of what his clients want and need. If we ever thought of a change to a home we saw, Ivan knew roughly how that change could be accomplished and knew a ballpark of how much it might be. It was so fun to explore all the possibilities and dream with my husband and with Ivan at our side.

Moreover, Ivan is extremely communicative and was available to us whenever we needed him. He always responded within at least a couple hours, despite being busier than he's ever been. He's incredibly capable at his craft and any homebuyer would be lucky to have him.

Although this was our first home in San Diego, it will not be our last. We look forward to buying our next homes with Ivan and would never consider any other realtor given how experienced and capable Ivan is and how fun it is to work with him. THANK YOU, IVAN!
