Ivett acted as buyer's agent for my husband and I in purchasing our first home. I cannot recommend her enough, especially for first-time home buyers. She is highly professional, while still being extremely personable and an all-around pleasure to work with. She helped us with every step of the process, and took the time to help find a home that was perfect for us. Should the need arise for another home in the future, we will definitely be working with her again.

Ivett is the best! She was thorough and professional. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working with you. She seemed to really care about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. She was honest and forthright- no games. Her knowledge of the area (Wake Forest) as well as surrounding areas was very helpful.
