Not only was she part of this important process of looking for a new home, but she was attentive and listened to what we wanted and made our needs a reality. I worked with Ivonne 6 years ago when she helped me buy my first home. I was referred to her by a family member and I was hesitant to go to the meeting. The real estate agent I had previously tried working with basically ghosted me because of my low budget. I was afraid that I would have the same experience with Ivonne but it was quite the opposite. Ivonne immediately put me at ease. I was in my late 20’s at the time and I felt that it was hard to be taken seriously. She showed me respect and professionalism from the start. She reassured me that she would help me find something in my budget. She was extremely patient as I had a certain vision of what I was looking for. She guided me through every step of the process (and there’s a lot of steps!) and made sure I was well informed. I always felt that she had my back. She found me the perfect home several months later and I still live here today. I would absolutely call her for my next home and I have referred her to many of my friends and family. She’s wonderful and you won’t be disappointed if you work with her.
