Ivonne and Octavio are an incredible team to work with.

Ivonne helped my fiance and I navigate a tricky situation - we wanted to buy a place but needed the proceeds from the sale of our condo in order to make our purchase. Initially, we were using a delayed financing cash-offer, but quickly realized that the fees involved make the process unappealing.

Ivonne was very proactive and offered up a number of solutions to our situation. She laid out the timeline showing how we could time our sale and purchase without using a bridge loan.

She got our place ready with incredible photos and marketing within 4 days. We did a partial staging since we lived there, but it looked much better than most people's final full stagings. She coordinated to get her cleaners, stagers, and a contractor to fix up certain items and repaint our walls. Speaking with her team, they all respect her deeply and prioritize working for her.

We listed our place for sale, and then got under contract to purchase another property a day later. We accepted a pre-emptive cash offer on our place shortly afterwards, which timed well to fund our purchase. Throughout the process, Ivonne was extremely proactive in reaching out to other agents to allow buyers the opportunity to compete - which led to the ultimate cash buyer to revise their offer to get accepted. Despite accepting a pre-emptive offer, we didn't concede in price at all, no sale in our neighborhood has come close to the price we received.

In our buying process, Ivonne was very involved and gave us her undivided attention. She gave us detailed replies to various scenarios, and if she didn't have the answer, always had a contact - whether it be an outside inspector, lawyer, contractor, etc. who could provide additional insight. She's also an incredible negotiator - and negotiated successfully on our behalf after some findings in our inspection report were brought to our attention.

With Ivonne, we felt like we were winning on both sides (selling one property and buying another) of the transaction.

When choosing a realtor, you want to know that you're in good hands - that won't miss any detail or deadline along the way. When undergoing simultaneous transactions such as we did, we were so happy to have Ivonne lead the transaction. I've dealt with real estate transactions where I felt like I was leading everything - taking time out of my work to call lenders or just constantly following up with people to make sure things get done. Ivonne stays on top of everything and keeps in constant communication with all parties involved. With Ivonne, I felt like, no matter what, everything would work out.

To this day, we remain in contact with Ivonne. She's offered to help provide numerous contacts for help around our house (landscapers, contractors, etc.) despite this transaction already closing. We would highly recommend Ivonne and Octavio!

I can rave about this dynamic duo forever, but the takeaway is I HIGHLY recommend Ivonne and Octavio! My fiance and I could not have been luckier to stumble upon them, and with their vast knowledge, expertise, honesty, resourcefulness, responsiveness, and kindness yet fierceness in representing us, we knew they were the perfect team.

Ivonne helped us navigate the sale of our condo before the purchase of our new property (which she also immensely helped us with). Throughout both processes, she communicated frequently to keep us in the loop (even while she had to be on a trip), took initiative to make calls without us having to ask (unlike a previous realtor we worked with), and shared so many useful resources and contacts that enabled our success in the market earlier this year. For the condo, she quickly turned around the gorgeous staging, photos, listing, and open house within 4 days, I wonder if she even sleeps sometimes! It quickly sold WAY over asking, and I believe no recent realtor in this HOA community has been able to accomplish that.

We are forever grateful to Ivonne and Octavio, and feel so lucky to have them in our circle for life!

This duo team is your one shop stop for professional and outstanding service in your buying or selling home needs! Octavio was my agent, and I cannot speak so highly of him. He worked around the clock to help my husband and I land our dream home. He is extremely knowledgeable in the industry and very very responsive, which is key during this whole process! Also, there wasn't a question he could not answer, and if there was , he surely will find out for you! I was also impressed by the fact that even after I received my keys, Octavio still kept in touch and let me know that I can still come to him for any questions! So I highly highly recommend!! If I ever need any other real estate needs, I surely will not hesitate to contact them! I know I will be in good hands!
