Ivy Carneiro da Cunha’s background in real estate sales and marketing spans over 25 years, with the seeds of her real estate career having been sown in São Paulo, Brazil. Ivy has been a Miami resident since 1987. Along with a prior education and experience in the realm of interior design, Ivy has cultivated her skills and established herself in Miami, specializing in luxury condos and homes in Bal Harbour, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Brickell, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.

Towards the end of the 1980s, Ivy moved from building, remodeling and selling properties for her family business, to working with local and international buyers and sellers. Ivy is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French, enabling her to work with a diverse array of clients from Central and South America as well as Europe to where she travels frequently. She is a matchmaker in the sense that she will strive to work with clients throughout the entire process to find their perfect home.

With her prior education and her interior decor company established in 1990, Ivy has assisted numerous clients in staging their newly listed property as well as offering buyers her own professional expertise on the potential of a property and the renovations that may be wanted or required.
