Iya is the best agent I've worked with. We had integrity issues with other agents and brokers, but I experienced none of that with Iya. She was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful with my busy schedule. She followed up with builders (where applicable), selling agents, and the title company during all aspects of the sale without me asking her to do so.

She was eternally optimistic in an increasingly hard-to-be-optimistic real estate landscape, and I thank her for that. There were many houses we looked at that weren't the right fit, or where I was outbid. She maintained her very pleasant, transparent, and optimistic outlook. When I enter the market again in the future, I will reach back out to Iya, without a doubt.

Her broker is VERY lucky to have her.
