We used JD to buy our condo 7 years ago and were thrilled with his local knowledge and insights. We have worked with him off and on over those 7 years. We decided it was time to sell and move south so we reached out to JD again. He was honest, said the timing was not perfect right before the holidays and set expectations. JD went through and moved some things around, decluttered it a bit and off we went. To our surprise the very first couple to walk through it made an above ask offer. If you need an honest, local realtor I could not think of anyone else other than JD I would want. Thanks JD, hope our paths cross again in the future somewhere.

J.D.Wells is an outstanding real estate agent. We recently used JD to purchase a condo. He is extremely familiar with market trends, real estate requirements, pricing and the content of a successful offer. It was always easy to contact him; he made us feel like we were his only client. We never felt pressured by JD to make any decision, however, he is very effective. One of the real benefits of using JD is his familiarity with the area. He and his wife live at the beach. Consequently, he is knowledgeable of the good and the not so good attributes of properties, property management, new laws affecting beach properties , as well as restaurants, entertainment, and the factors that influence which beaches are more or less crowded than others. We would not hesitate to use JD again, nor would we hesitate to recommend JD Wells to family and friends.

JD was very professional and we were very thankful for the job he did for us. He was not pushy and listened to all of our needs in regards to our condo. He listened to what I was looking for and then helped us find a great place. We were looking at another property, and when it fell through, he was sure to encourage us that we would find something else and it would be just as good or better. Shortly after that, we did find something and JD was with us through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the area and now we have a great place to go at the beach. Thanks so much JD.

My wife and I were looking to buy a vacation home in the DE beaches but had no clue on where to start. JD Wells was recommended to us by a close friend and we couldn't have been more pleased with his efforts. From the moment we began our search, JD was extremely accommodating and helpful. JD's knowledge of the DE and MD beaches was very helpful. He was quick to answer any of our questions, and was extremely patient, especially with my wife who can be a handful at times. :) JD helped us feel confident and comfortable with our decision and guided us through every step along the way. I can't recommend his services enough for anyone looking for a first class realtor in the DE and MD beach area!
