With a robust interest in the absolute best outcome for his clients, Tyler Gilman has created an inspired reputation in the Boise real estate marketplace. Tyler studied business at Old Dominion University in Virginia and after an exciting first career as a restaurant owner in Virginia Beach, he made his way to Boise in 1994. Recognizing a passion for building and selling new construction, he managed the sales operations for several of the valley’s top contractors. He was then asked to take on the role of developmental team member and lead sales associate for Hidden Springs, a 2000-acre, national award-winning, master planned community. A 17-year focus on this effort allowed him to see the community through to completion with 900 homes. It also afforded him the opportunity to initiate the Dream Home Program in Idaho for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and to serve as their Idaho chairman for 4 years. He was also a founder and president of the Dry Creek Historical Society and a Founder of the Hidden Springs Charter School. Tyler has subsequently brought his extensive community sales and development experience to bear in the successful completion of Eagle’s premier, gated waterfront community, Lakemoor and Boise’s top-tier condominium development, Crescent Rim.
Boise Regional Realtors has recognized Tyler over the past many years as a Top Producer and he has just celebrated his 20th anniversary with Group One Sotheby’s International Realty.
